Lawyer James Ciccarelli is dying at 99 after years of battling cancer.
He represented Travoires ex-wife, Olivia Ciccarello, who died in 2011.
Ciccarelli, who worked on the Travolas case, was convicted in 2012 on 11 counts including obstruction of justice.
The trial was one of the biggest political cases in the nation.
Ciccarella worked on other high-profile cases, including the assassination of JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald and the Vietnam War.
He also served as an expert witness in the case of a man who was beaten to death in a Florida jail.
Cicarelli was one the last of the three Travioli lawyers to serve on the jury, and Ciccarelli has said his role in the trial is a reminder of the importance of his role.
Cicciarella is survived by his wife, Julie Ciccarella, and three children.
